Shipping is a flat rate across Canada, and it's free on orders over $75. You'll see exact shipping at checkout based on your address.

In-stock hats typically ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within about a week, depending on your location. Custom and embroidered orders take roughly 1–2 weeks to make before they ship.

We focus on Canada-wide shipping. If you're outside Canada and would like a hat, email us at saunahatscanada@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.

If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unworn, unwashed hats in original condition can be returned or exchanged. Custom/personalised items can't be returned unless there's a defect.

Hand wash in cold water with mild soap, gently reshape, and lay flat to air dry. Avoid wringing, hot water, and the dryer — wool felt likes to be treated gently and will last for years.

Yes! We make branded hats for spas, gyms and sauna businesses. Typical custom runs start around 200 pieces, with smaller runs and one-offs on request. See our Custom page to request a quote.

Our hats are a roomy one-size-fits-most adult fit (roughly 55–60 cm). If you have a specific fit in mind, just ask and we'll advise.
